We will make a complete backup copy of your virtual server every week, so you never need to be scared of permanently losing any critical information. Last but not least we can retrieve a backup really quickly. All the backups are kept on a special server with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with your data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have total freedom to run any script or service on your it. Still, some scripts are harder to install and might require some additional configuration on your part. That’s where our Administration Services offer will help you out. It features 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting duties – which means you will be able to literally hire one of our experienced server administrators for 30 minutes and have him help you with the installation process of any software app whatsoever that you want. Alternatively have him rectify an issue that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.
